Does not store birthdays. does not store addresses 4 contacts. no manual with product. cannot find our how to send image by sms., the phone is more strurdy than most new phones, but not really dropable. the battery cover is a pain to get off and on and looks like it is easily broken. the phone is nowhere as easy to use as a nokia., very good mobilephone, good phone - battery lasts a long time.
